Craft Beer Review: Santa's Tale from Teignworthy

Welcome to the Shed. I am even-star and I hope you have been a good little hop head cuz Santa looks totally pissed off. This is The Beer in Review and today's craft beer review is Santa's Tale from Teignworthy.

How crazy is this. No Santa beers in December and then out come two Santa beers in one week. This Santa looks kinda mean. Like his Tale is one of disappointment and teenage preganancy.

Santa's Tale is a blonde medium dry real ale from Teignworthy brewery. I am not overly familiar with their beers. I enjoyed this one. It had a different rich flavour that is hard to describe. Butterscotch and white chocolate with a bit of orange zest maybe?

Not particularly citrusy, which is a nice change from most other blonde beers, and somewhere pleasantly in between sweet and bitter without being insipid.
