Craft Beer Review: Moonshine from White Park Brewery

Welcome to the Shed. I am even-star and this is The Beer in Review. Today's craft beer review is for Moonshine from White Park Brewery.

There have been loads of unfamiliar breweries on at our local recently. I can only assume this is the time of year suppliers are pitching their wares at a discount to land preferred supplier status for the next 12 months!

Kicking off the week is Moonshine from new-to-me White Park Brewery. This microbrewery likes organic ingredients and feeds their spent malt to their herd of cows. Happy cows!

Moonshine is light gold and quite sweet. It was almost like a cider with the predominant flavour being apple. Only a little bit of citrus and very light on hops. Not my favourite kind of flavour profile but the beer itself was good. I will definitely try other White Park beers if I see them.

The Beer in Review is a blog about beer. Mostly British beer because that is where I live. I post a review every week day. Make sure you check in on Friday which is when I reveal BEER. OF THE. WEEK! You can contact me with comments and questions on twitter or facebook.
