Craft Beer Review: Springs Inn from Oxfordshire Ales

Welcome to the Shed. I am even-star and this is The Beer in Review. Today's craft beer review is for Springs Inn from Oxfordshire Ales.

Kicking off the week with Spring's Inn, a session ale (3.7%) from Oxfordshire Ales. This is a dark gold and very astringent bitter. The flavour profile is well thought out and organised but not to my taste. Quite butterscotch and bitter vanilla with a pronounced tang at the end. Buttery on the palate in spite of the dryness.

The Beer in Review is a blog about beer. Mostly British beer because that is where I live. I post a review every week day. Make sure you check in on Friday which is when I reveal BEER. OF THE. WEEK! You can contact me with comments and questions on twitter or facebook.
