Yes indeed. Tring again. You might remember that Moongazing from Tring was recently Beer of the Week. Today, not quite making it to BotW is Ridgeway.

This is what I would call a Mild if it were just a little bit darker. Being predominantly malty and not in the least bit hoppy, this clean tasting light brown beer was a very good pint. And this kind of sweeter malty brown beer isn't usually my kind of beer. But some how before I knew it I was asking for a second pint.

Tring is a very good ambassador for British craft brewing simply by virtue of the fact that they make good, not particularly complex beers that appeal to a wide variety of beer drinkers. If someone is not sure if craft beer is for them because they have heard about all the weird twatty flavours (kind of like I tend to go on about) then they can't go wrong with a Tring beer.

Not hugely complex but excellent examples of craft beer styles to get started with.

The Beer in Review is a blog about beer. Mostly British beer because that is where I live. I post a review every week day. Make sure you check in on Friday which is when I reveal BEER. OF THE. WEEK!
