Beer Review: SX Fallen from Hope Brewing Company

Welcome to the Shed. I am even-star and this is The Beer in Review. Today we have a beer review for SX Fallen from the Hope Brewing Company.

Share It!

SX Fallen is a new one for me from Hope. It is a medium brown lightly malty bitter with a clean fresh sweet citrus tang. Not hugely complex but there are some interesting tea/tannin tones in there.

Hope Brewing Co. is a success story I can say I saw happen right before my eyes. They set up just down the road from us only a couple or three years ago and their very excellent products are now available on draft in pubs all over the county with bottle purchase from their brewery opening up this year. Microbrew at its best.

I will have to dig out some of the old pump clips from them. I mean this one is pretty basic and they are still putting them out as laminated card but the branding has gotten much classier and subtle. It's really neat to see.

The Beer in Review is a blog about beer. Mostly British beer because that is where I live. I post a review every week day. Make sure you check in on Friday which is when I reveal BEER. OF THE. WEEK!
