Essex Craft Beer Review: Sun Drenched from Mighty Oak

Welcome to the Shed. I am even-star and this is The Beer in Review. Today's Essex craft beer review is for Sun Drenched from Mighty Oak.

Oh man... playing a bit of catch up on reviews. Still on August bank holiday weekend! Big backlog now but life has got in the way of my energy for actually blogging. Thankfully not craft beer drinking. There are 16 draft beers on the To Blog list and several bottle beers as well. I might to a special bottle day or something.

I am always happy to be able to try a Mighty Oak special. Sun Drenched was a very pale clear gold bitter. Almost straw coloured. It was very light and hoppy and really fresh grassy on the palate with a tart fruityness like kiwi fruit or gooseberry.

The Beer in Review is a blog about beer. Mostly British beer because that is where I live. I post a review every week day. Make sure you check in on Friday which is when I reveal BEER. OF THE. WEEK! You can contact me with comments and questions on twitter or facebook.
