West Yorkshire Craft Beer Review: Pennine Gold from Bridestones Brewing

Welcome to the Shed. I am even-star and this is The Beer in Review. Today's West Yorkshire craft beer review is for Pennine Gold from Bridestones Brewing.

I had my first Bridestones beer earlier this year and I was not particularly impressed with that one. I liked Pennine Gold a lot more. It was a gold bitter and a bit cloudy. For a light gold beer it was quite malty but still fresh with bitter green herbs like chives and taragon. Not strongly flavoured.

The Beer in Review is a blog about beer. Mostly British beer because that is where I live. I post a review every week day. Make sure you check in on Friday which is when I reveal BEER. OF THE. WEEK! You can contact me with comments and questions on twitter or facebook.
