North Yorkshire Craft Beer Review: Infallible from Theakston

Welcome to the Shed. I am even-star and this is The Beer in Review. Today'sNorth Yorkshire craft beer review is for Infallible from Theakston.

Yes indeed, Theakston as in they of Old Peculiar fame. I don't often see them on tap any where let alone away down south. Infallible was dark red, but not rich, bitter. Predominantly fennel and liquorice but not strongly flavoured. It had a thinnish body and aromatic. Oolong tea maybe? Hyacinth? Not to my taste but it was VERY popular at our local.
