Yorkshire Craft Beer Review: Yankee from Roosters

Welcome to the Shed. I am even-star and this is The Beer in Review. Today's Yorkshire craft beer review is for Yankee from Roosters.

Another northern (and Yorkshire) beer this week. I have had Roosters before but apparently not this year. How remiss of me!

Yankee was a clear gold medium bitter. Light and green and herbal with fennel, parsley, and marjoram. Not my favourite kind of flavour profile but it grew on me. Probably because the flavours were mild and there was a bit of malty sweetness to balance them out.

The Beer in Review is a blog about beer. Mostly British beer because that is where I live. I post a review every week day. Make sure you check in on Friday which is when I reveal BEER. OF THE. WEEK! You can contact me with comments and questions on twitter or facebook.
