Essex Craft Beer Review: Heresy from Bishop Nick (II)

Welcome to the Shed. I am even-star and this is The Beer in Review. Today's Essex craft beer review is for Heresy from Bishop Nick.

I just realised that I have already had Heresy this year! Darn it. Never mind. It is sometimes interesting to revisit a beer to see if what I said about originally still holds true. My first review of Heresy was not particulary detailed but the main points still seem to stand. Also it is a very tasty beer and I can't stay mad at it for being twice.

Heresy was a  cloudy gold bitter. Floral, hoppy, very citrus and bitter it also had a  faintly butterscotch sweetness. Fruity with pear and tart with crabapple and a whiff of roses.

The Beer in Review is a blog about beer. Mostly British beer because that is where I live. I post a review every week day. Make sure you check in on Friday which is when I reveal BEER. OF THE. WEEK! You can contact me with comments and questions on twitter or facebook.
