London Real Ale Beer Review: Directors Bitter from Courage

Welcome to the Shed. I am even-star and this is The Beer in Review. Today's London real ale beer review is for Directors Bitter from Courage.

I don't often have to go non-craft at our local! Guess it all counts as beer though, craft or not. And I don't often get to try more mainstream brew. Well no, that is a lie. I have all sorts of opportunity to try beer like Courage but can't be arsed when then are more interesting options.

Directors Bitter was a clear medium brown medium bitter. It was malty but rather fresh and much too sweet for me. Nutty and slightly effervescent.

The Beer in Review is a blog about beer. Mostly British beer because that is where I live. I post a review every week day. Make sure you check in on Friday which is when I reveal BEER. OF THE. WEEK! You can contact me with comments and questions on twitter or facebook.
