London Craft Beer Review: Wild River from Fullers

Welcome to the Shed. I am even-star and this is The Beer in Review. Today's London craft beer review is for Wild River from Fullers.

Wild River from Fullers is one of my favourite bottled ales. The only place I have see it on tap is at the Counting House pub in London. Which is a Fullers pub so that makes sense. These kinds of tap beers are becoming more popular outta town though. I can get Goose Island and Brew Dog out in the 'burbs these days. It would be cool to see some of Fullers tap beers out here too.

Wild River is a gold bitter. It was more fizzy/burpy on tap that bottled. It's very hoppy. Bitter up front with a sweeter finish. Butterscotch and citrus, cilantro, a bit of lime and resinous pine.

The Beer in Review is a blog about beer. Mostly British beer because that is where I live. I post a review every week day. Make sure you check in on Friday which is when I reveal BEER. OF THE. WEEK! You can contact me with comments and questions on twitter or facebook.
