Nottinghamshire Craft Beer Review: Roaring Meg from Springhead

Welcome to the Shed. I am even-star and this is The Beer in Review. Today's Nottinghamshire craft beer review is for Roaring Meg from Springhead.

Roaring Meg was a light gold clear bitter. Very bitter. Citrus and hoppy. A strange savoury edge like tomato. Not even a hint of sweet. Peppery even. I enjoyed this beer but it wasn't a quaffer if you know what I mean.

The Beer in Review is a blog about beer. Mostly British beer because that is where I live. I post a review every week day. Make sure you check in on Friday which is when I reveal BEER. OF THE. WEEK! You can contact me with comments and questions on twitter or facebook.
