Hertfordshire Craft Beer Review: Silent Night from Buntingford Brewery

Welcome to the Shed. I am even-star and this is The Beer in Review. Today's Hertfordshire craft beer review is for Silent Night from Buntingford Brewery.

Silent Night was a dark gold copper bitter. Strong hops of a mild citrus variety. Lightly anise and medium sweet. Not totally bitter. Full aromatic flavours and kind of boozy. Woody and medium body. I had this beer twice a few days apart and with a little air and age it turned much lighter and more tropical. Sweet melon. A really lovely beer.
