Canadian Craft Beer Review: Boneshaker IPA from Amsterdam Brewing Company

Welcome to the Shed. I am even-star and this is The Beer in Review. Today's Canadian craft beer review is for Boneshaker IPA from Amsterdam Brewing Company.

Boneshaker IPA was a cloudy amber bitter. Very hoppy and bitter but fruity and malty. Resinous, somewhat savoury with cilantro and peppery rocket (or arugula for the Canucks).

And that is the last beer in my sampler flight from Amsterdam Brewing Company that I had at their fabulous brewery tap in Toronto. They seemed to be one of the few places in town that has decided not to mess with poutine. Straight up cheese curds and gravy. It was actually difficult to find somewhere that had not put some kind of twist on the dish and added weird things like bacon and sour cream or jalapeno peppers!
