Essex Craft Beer Review: Jack the Lad from Hope Brewing Company

Welcome to the Shed. I am even-star and this is The Beer in Review. Today's Essex craft beer review is for Jack the Lad from Hope Brewing Company.

Share It!

Jack the Lad was dark gold/light amber. Delicious citrus scent, hoppy, fruity, bitter with a sweet astringent finish. Chrysanthemum, pine, peach, lime, and melon.

Jack the Lad from Hope Brewing Company is the recipient of the official Snail of Approval!

Awwww, another great beer from the little brewery that could. Percentage-wise, the number of great beers they put out is amazing for such a small and new operation. The passion for what they do really comes out in the product.

The Beer in Review is a blog about British craft beer and real ale. Keep up with new posts and contact me comments and questions on twitter or facebook. I'd love to hear about your craft beer adventures and recommendations from your home town.
