Ontario Craft Beer Review: Bronco from Outlaw Brew Co.

Welcome to the Shed. I am even-star and this is The Beer in Review. Today's Ontario craft beer review is for Bronco from Outlaw Brew Co.

Bronco was indeed a copper ale. Bitter, fruity, and hoppy. Aromatic, orange, melon, strawberry with fragrant floral lilac.

This was a delightful beer that I was able to sample right in its home town of Southampton Ontario and right down the street from the Outlaw Brew Co. itself!

We took a LONG drive up highway 6 to Owen Sound and then across to Southampton. Picturesque on the shore of Lake Huron but definitely a LONG way from Niagara. We had a lovely lunch (and this beer) in a place called The Walker House on the high street of Southampton. Have the whitefish. And the Bronco. And fries and gravy.
