Ontario Craft Beer Review: Hopbot IPA from Hop City Brewing Company

Welcome to the Shed. I am even-star and this is The Beer in Review. Today's Ontario craft beer review is for Hopbot IPA from Hop City Brewing Company.

Hopbot IPA was a golden beer. Bitter yet tropical fruity. Lemon zest, papya, guava, and mango. Very strong at 7.1%. The wheat gives it a bitter edge that isn't my bag but a very tasty brew.

And this is the last beer from Canada, at least for now. It definitely isn't going to be another 8 years before I go back for a visit. You can kind of see in the background there my family's house. We spent many pleasant afternoons and evenings chilling out on that deck. It was an amazing trip. We saw some amazing things, spent time with some amazing people, and tried some amazing beer.

I don't think you will ever get Canada out of this girl.
