Derbyshire Craft Beer Review: Jaipur from Thornbridge

Welcome to the Shed. I am even-star and this is The Beer in Review. Today's Derbyshire craft beer review is for Jaipur from Thornbridge.

OMG LOL. That picture is blurry as FUCK. What the hell happened there? Well, never mind. It must have been a busy bar.

Jaipur pale gold. Juicy and lemony. Very aromatic and resinous. Sweet up with with a lovely bitter tail. Strong and tasty. Some apple in there, bergamot.

For some reason there has been a lot of hype over Jaipur in the British craft beer world for a while. Like for a while there it was just constant on my twitter feed: "I'm drinking Jaipur! I'm drinking Jaipur!". Not sure why. But to that extent it was not a disappointment. It was definitely a very good beer. Also it is from Derbyshire so it gets +50392058032879 for that.

The Beer in Review is a blog about British craft beer and real ale. Keep up with new posts and contact me with comments and questions on twitter or YouTube. I'd love to hear about your craft beer adventures and recommendations from your home town.
