Scottish Craft Beer Review: Trick or Treat from Caledonian

Welcome to the Shed. I am even-star and this is The Beer in Review. Today's Scottish craft beer review is for Trick or Treat from Caledonian.

Share It!

Trick or Treat was a cloudy dark gold bordering on amber. And it didn't taste like much of anything? Disappointing from Caledonian. If I had to really reach and ascribe some sort of flavour to that was barely detectable is was kinda fruity, sour apple, and musty. Unpleasant. Definitely tricked.

Also why do the Hallowe'en beers all come out AFTER Hallowe'en. And ALSO ALSO, this is England bitches. Where the fuck is my Guy Fawkes beer? Have you ever seen a Guy Fawkes beer? Please tweet me if you have! @even_star

I don't really get the tag line here either. The choice is mine. Yes I know it is. Unless this is the only beer on, in which case its a zero sum game. I resent you for taking up space at the pumps but can't quite bring myself to have a John Smiths. So I will not buy your beer the next time I see it out of sheer spite for putting me in this terrible position.
