Amsterdam Craft Beer Review: Brouwerij 'T Ij IPA

Welcome to the Shed. I am even-star and this is The Beer in Review. Today's Amsterdam craft beer review is for Brouwerij 'T Ij IPA.

T Ij IPA was a gorgeous cloudy honey colour. Smelled of papaya and honeysuckle and elderflower. So bitter and resinous. Almost smoked. Pine, rosemary, thyme, and grapefruit. A real mouth puckering mouthful of hops. This was one of 720 beers that can be found at the Delirium Cafe in Amsterdam.
