Welcome to the Shed. I am even-star and this is The Beer in Review. Today's Gloucestershire craft beer review is for Colonel Jack from Brewhouse and Kitchen.

Colonel Jack was a rich gold colour. Very hoppy with caramel malts. Something green and aromatic like endive or caraway. Pear, apple, and citrus.
