Gloucestershire Craft Beer Review: Propulsion II from Brewhouse and Kitchen

Propulsion II from Brewhouse and Kitchen craft beer real ale pump clip
Welcome to the Shed. I am even-star and this is The Beer in Review. Today's Gloucestershire craft beer review is for Propulsion II from Brewhouse and Kitchen.

Share It!

Propulsion II was a dark brown. Hoppy and bitter with some fennel and coffee. Full bodied with a malty sweeter finish and something fruity in the back like grapefruit and cranberry.

So this is an interesting one because the Brewhouse and Kitchen is a chain of micro breweries and restaurants in the west of the UK. The restaurant makes its own beer! Very interesting concept and a very interesting place to have a drink and a snack.

The beer recipe is obviously centralised but each location makes their own and they run brewing courses and such.

The Beer in Review is a blog about British craft beer and real ale. Keep up with new posts and contact me with comments and questions on twitter or YouTube. I'd love to hear about your craft beer adventures and recommendations from your home town.
