Essex Craft Beer Review: Captain Bob from Mighty Oak

Essex Craft Beer Review: Captain Bob from Mighty Oak real ale pump clip
Welcome to the Shed. I am even-star and this is The Beer in Review. Today's Essex craft beer review is for Captain Bob from Mighty Oak.

Share It!

Captain Bob is a light amber bitter. Bitter and fruity with lots of rich butterscotch. Vanilla and apple. Full bodied, quaffable, and juicy. A brilliant session beer.

Captain Bob is one of Mighty Oak's regular brews and it is one of my favourite beers for just having a couple relaxed pints in the pub. A bit of a break from beer reviewing!

The Beer in Review is a blog about craft beer and real ale. Keep up with new posts and contact me with comments and questions on twitter or YouTube. I'd love to hear about your craft beer adventures and recommendations from your home town.
