Norfolk Craft Beer Review: Nelson's Revenge from Woodforde's

Norfolk Craft Beer Review: Nelson's Revenge from Woodforde's pump clip real ale
Welcome to the Shed. I am even-star and this is The Beer in Review. Today's Norfolk craft beer review is for Nelson's Revenge from Woodforde's.

Nelson's Revenge is a cloudy amber ale. Very interesting! Very green and fresh hoppyness almost like spearmint! Bitter and fresh with fruity malts. When it warms up a bit there is a caramel tang. Over all quite a rich tasting beer.

I don't know about you, but Nelson doesn't look very angry there. If you are going to call a beer Nelson's Revenge you should make him look at least a little bit mangree. Maybe he's drunk. Maybe he was soooooooooooo mangree about his revenge that he simply decided to get drunk on this very nice beer.
