Northumberland Craft Beer Review: Naked and Quick from the Bridge Tavern in Newcastle

Northumberland Craft Beer Review: Naked and Quick from the Bridge Tavern in Newcastle real ale pump clip
Welcome to the Shed. I am even-star and this is The Beer in Review. Today's Northumberland craft beer review is for Naked and Quick from the Bridge Tavern in Newcastle.

Share It!

Naked and Quick is a cloudy gold beer. Very grassy and smooth. Bitter up front with a lingering edge. Creamy but a bit of astringency on the finish. Unripe fruits like mango and passion fruit and tomato with that savoury earthiness of tomato vine. There is an almost after thought of starchy sweetness. One to sip and enjoy.

What made this interesting was that it was an oatmeal milk beer but was light gold and not a stout!
