Welcome to the Shed. I am even-star and this is The Beer in Review. Today's Lanzarote craft beer review is for Rofe Bock from Malpeis.

Rofe Triple Malt Bock from Malpeis craft brewery of Lanzarote Spain is a dark brown cola coloured beer. Pungently malty aromas with some sharper fruitiness. Very very sweet and full bodied. Like a rich loaf of rye bread straight out of the oven that's been sliced, lightly toasted and smothered in butter. Liquorice and some softer fruits in there. Plum and molasses. Very strong and boozy flavours. Recommend for dessert or sipping by the fireside on long winter nights. Which Lanzarote has never had.
